Letting students book their own lessons, without double-booking you
Every message that says "can I move Tuesday's lesson?" is a small tax on your week — a text to answer, a diary to check, a reply to send once you've confirmed the new slot is free. Multiply that by a full student roster and it adds up to a lot of admin that has nothing to do with teaching.
A login for students who want one
Invite any student to log in, and they can book, reschedule, or cancel their own lessons directly — no back-and-forth needed. It's opt-in per student, so you choose who gets a login and who doesn't. Prefer to keep control of your diary yourself? Just don't send the invite, and nothing changes for that student.
No risk of a double-booking
Every change a student makes goes through the same clash check as a booking you make yourself, so a self-booked slot can never overlap another lesson on your calendar. You keep final oversight of your schedule; students just get a faster way to make changes that were always going to be fine.
