How to reschedule a whole series of recurring lessons

A student who has lessons every Tuesday at 3pm needs to move to Thursdays — term times changed, or their school day did. In most diaries that means opening every future Tuesday lesson one at a time and editing it by hand, hoping you don't miss one further down the calendar.
