The short version
- We use your data only to run Cadenzer for you and your students.
- We never sell it, and we don't share it for marketing.
- Stripe handles card payments, so we never see or store card details.
- No advertising or analytics trackers. Just the cookies needed to keep you logged in.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time.
Who we are
Cadenzer is operated by iCode Solutions Ltd, based in the United Kingdom.
What we store
We store the information you give us to run the service:
- your account details (name and email);
- teacher and student profile details, including the teacher's address if you choose to provide it, and a profile photo if you upload one;
- lesson and payment records; and
- your subscription and billing status.
Who helps us run Cadenzer
We use a small number of service providers to run Cadenzer, and each only handles what its job needs:
- Stripe processes card payments and our subscription billing. We never store your card details ourselves.
- Heroku hosts the application and its database.
- Cloudflare stores uploaded profile photos.
- An email delivery service sends the messages Cadenzer sends, such as account verification and the reminders you choose to send.
How we use your data
Data is used only to operate Cadenzer for you and your students — it is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your students' details
If you're a teacher, you decide what you enter about your students. We store those details on your behalf and use them only to run Cadenzer for you. They are not used for anything else.
Your data and your choices
- You can update your own details at any time from your profile.
- You can export your student list to a spreadsheet yourself, whenever you like.
- To request a full copy of your data, or to have it deleted, email [email protected].
